What You Finally Get Answers To
The Hormone Conversation You've Been Trying to Have
Hormones and Breast Cancer Risk
Decades of misinformation have made hormone therapy the hardest conversation in women's health. Our clinician panel covers what the research actually shows, what HRT can look like for women with a personal or family history of breast cancer, and the role of vaginal estrogen for women after cancer treatment. You will leave knowing which questions belong in your own chart.
The Heart You
Are Protecting
Cardiovascular Risk in Midlife
Cardiovascular risk rises quietly for women in midlife, and it responds beautifully to what you do next. Our clinicians explain how the hormonal shifts of perimenopause change that risk, how to read your own numbers, and which markers are worth asking for at your next appointment. You will leave knowing where you stand, with a short list for your physician and the local resources to follow through.
Your Body Is Not Betraying You
Metabolic Health, From Perimenopause Forward
Sleep disruption, shifting body composition, and insulin resistance follow a pattern, and the pattern has evidence behind it. Our panel covers the strategies that hold up in the research, in language you can use on Monday morning. You will leave with a starting point rather than a reading list.
